Pete has 40 years of experience in the upstream energy industry. He is a reservoir engineer by background and has led several projects to approval for offshore field development, audited oil companies statutory reserve assessments, and led the development of engineering training for universities as Professor of Petroleum Engineering and in the consultancy sector. Pete is based in Cambridge and has delivered over 60 courses in the classroom, out in the field, virtually and via e-Learning in field development, appraisal and uncertainty management. He has published many papers over the years including most recently several on carbon capture and storage.
