Definitions
- “TT RPSE” shall mean Tetra Tech RPS Energy Ltd. and RPS Group Inc., its subcontractors, its and their affiliates and its and their respective directors, officers and employees (including agency personnel) but shall not include the participant.
- TT RPSE acts as a training management company that runs the ‘Nautilus Training Alliance (NTA) through which Courses are offered to participants through Member Company Memberships or Pay As You Go.
- “Affiliate” shall mean any subsidiary or parent or holding company of TT RPSE.
- “Participant” shall mean such person who is not employed by TT RPSE or its affiliates and is attending the course or class pursuant to this agreement.
- “Course” shall mean any course, workshop or training event run by TT RPSE.
