Learning and development

We offer a comprehensive, integrated approach to supporting learning and development. All courses and learning products are offered within a curriculum framework which provides a structure for subject areas and competency levels.

Working with Subject Matter Experts we apply our expertise and experience in instructional design to ensure that those who take part in our training programs are able to gain knowledge and develop skills efficiently and effectively.

Programs and courses are developed on the basis of a consultative collaboration with the clients which can include carrying out competency assessments to determine the appropriate level and emphasis of all of the training we deliver. Through facilitation of direct interaction between Subject Matter Experts and key client stakeholders the appropriate learning objectives can be achieved.

The Learning and Development team includes experienced educators who are well versed in curriculum development and instructional design who are able to ensure that the learning solutions provided meet client objectives.
