The Future of Capability Building in the Energy Business

In November, as part of the training diversification strategy at RPS, Henk Jaap organised an inspiring webinar on “The Future of Capability Building in the Energy Business”. External presenters, Luc Lutin (Deloitte University), Max Brouwers (Getech), and Bernire Vining (UK Energy Transition CMT) were joined by Gary Nichols, Tomos Davies and Henk Jaap, from RPS. The webinar created a lively debate and thought-provoking discussion amongst those who attended.
